The online registration for the KYRBA Annual Meeting scheduled for May 22-24 at the Lexington Marriott Griffin Gate Resort in Lexington, KY is now available.

Individual meeting registration is $349/person for members ($499/person for non-members) and you will also be able to review various sponsorship opportunities as well as sign up events such as the Tabletop Expo if you wish to exhibit, corn hole toss tournament or the KYRBA Annual Golf Scramble. Register before May 1st in order to take advantage of the early registration rate. The conference price increases to $399/person for members ($549/person for non-members) after April 30th. 
 
You may remit payment via credit card (you will be charged processing fees for credit cards purchases) or you may select the invoice option and remit your payment via check. Please note if you purchase a tabletop to exhibit, changes in Kentucky's tax law now require our association to charge you a 6 percent sales tax for vendor/tabletop space. You will be able to review all of your charges on the summary page.
 
Tabletop Expo Rules: Tabletops are 3 x 6 feet, draped and include two chairs. AC Power is available upon request. Standalone backdrops are only permitted on an outside wall space. Inside tabletops CANNOT have a standalone backdrop and display items should not be taller than 3 feet and should fit onto your tabletop. These rules are in place to accommodate space in the conference room. Tabletop Expo is Thursday, May 23 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm Eastern. Set-up is available beginning at 2:00 pm Eastern; tear down is at the close of the Expo.
 
Shipping policy:  Expo materials should arrive no earlier than 2 days before the exhibit date and include a contact name and "KYRBA Expo" on the package. Do not ship to the KYRBA office. Plan to set up and breakdown on the exhibit date. Refund Policy: Refunds will be permitted two weeks prior to the event. After that substitutions are welcome, but refunds may only be processed at the discretion of the Executive Director inside of two weeks because numbers have been reported to the event venue for catering purposes.


Reminder: Please remember to remit your 2024 associate membership dues if you have not already done so this year. Anyone that registers for the member rate and has not yet remitted dues will be asked to remit payment on-site at the annual meeting in May. You may remit payment online via our website or contact the KYRBA Office to process your payment over the phone.
